The Intercollegiate Bowl is held in conjunction with the TCMA Annual Conference. It is intended for Texas institutions of higher education to provide knowledge and skills critical for leadership roles in local government. It also provides an opportunity to network with city managers across the state. The ICB is a teamed event comprised of scored competitions and a separate spirit competition for bragging rights.
