Has your city started a program to discuss the concepts in Jim Collins’ Good to Great? Have you started a formal or informal mentoring or coaching program with your staff or with other cities in your area? If so, the TCMA Coaching Program would like to hear about your program.
Due to the high level of interest from TCMA members
currently seeking mentors, the Mentoring Program is in need of more mentors.
You can help! If you’ve been thinking about sharing your knowledge and experience in city management by becoming a mentor, if you would like to have an experienced mentor to help you further your career opportunities, or if you would like to share how your city’s mentoring and coaching program is working, the New Year would be a great time to fulfill that resolution.
For more information on the coaching and mentoring
program, please contact Linda Groomer at 214-202-3199 or lgroomer@tx.rr.com.
