Kevin Hagan is the new city manager for the City of Merkel. Van James is no longer the city administrator for the City of Bridgeport. Rachel Huitt is the interim city administrator for that city. Lambert Little will no longer be the city administrator for the City of Hico beginning January 31. Pete Maldonado is no longer the city administrator for the City of Poteet. Carolyn Martin is no longer the city manager for the City of Mexia. Larry Brown is the new city manager for that city. Paul Mendes is no longer the city manager for the City of Oak Ridge North. Frankie Pittman is no longer the city manager for the City of Wolfforth. Darrell Newsom is the city manager for that city. Oscar Ramirez is the new city manager for the City of George West. TCMA Board policy requires that names of new member applicants be published each month in the Management Messenger.
