3. TCMA FY 2002-2003 Budget
Approved budget as presented.
To be implemented as approved.

4. Foundation FY 2002-2003 Budget
Recommended to the Texas Foundation for Local Government Board for approval.
Forwarded to Foundation Board for approval.

5. Canvas results of Constitutional ballot
Board accepted results of recent Constitutional addition vote.
Section to be added to the TCMA Constitution as approved.

6. Relationship between TCMA and Assistants’ Organizations
Referred to TCMA Membership/PR Committee.
Will be discussed at their October 31, 2002 meeting.

7. Involvement of City Managers from large Texas cities Referred to TCMA Membership/PR Committee. Will be discussed at their October 31, 2002 meeting.

8. TCMA lending its name to co-sponsor events
Asked TCMA staff to develop a draft policy.
Draft policy will be reviewed at next TCMA Board meeting.

9. Statewide Public Policy Development survey
Approved survey and recommended its use by Texas City Managers.
Survey will be posted to TCMA’s Web site and mailed to Texas City Managers.
