4. Location of 2005 TCMA Annual Conference
TCMA Board awarded 2005 TCMA Annual Conference to Moody Gardens (June 10-13, 2005).
Notification to be provided to City of Galveston and Moody Gardens.

5. Texas Foundation for Local Government FY 2003-04 Budget
TFLG Board approved FY 2003-04 Budget as presented.
