2. Donation to ICMA Fund for the Profession in memory of Gary Gwyn
Approved $1,000 donation in memory of Gary Gwyn, former TCMA and ICMA President.
To be processed and mailed the week of 8/16/04.

3. New Members
Approved ten new memberships.
New member packets to be mailed week of 8/16/04.

4. Financial Planning Task Force
Accepted recommendations from task force and authorized further discussions between the task force and TCG Consultants.
Approved as presented.

5. FY 2004-05 Budgets for TCMA and the Texas Foundation for Local Government
Approved FY 2004-05 TCMA budget as amended and recommended Foundation budget to the Foundation Board.
To be implemented as approved.

6. Special recognition for Chuck Balcar, City Manager, Cibolo
Approved special award for Chuck Balcar, City Manager, Cibolo, as requested by David Harris, TCMA Region 8 President.
To be implemented as approved.

7. Texas Foundation for Local Government Board FY 2004-05 Budget
TXFD Board approved their FY 2004-05 Budget as presented.
