TCMA Board meeting

1. 8/5/04 Meeting Minutes
Approved.
Filed and posted on Web site ( www.tcma.org ).

2. New Members
Approved ten new memberships.
New member packets to be mailed week of 11/22/04.

3. Professional Development Committee
Approved an increase of $25 for the TCMA Annual Conference registrations to cover a special four-day pass for Moody Gardens activities.
To be implemented as approved.

4. Membership Committee
Renamed TCMA Professional Development Award to “Mentoring Award in Honor of Gary Gwyn”.
To be implemented as approved.

5. Membership Committee
Eliminated two organizational categories from the TCMA Professional Awards.
To be implemented as approved.

6. Membership Committee
Discounted registration fee for first time TCMA Annual Conference attendees and new TCMA members.
To be implemented as approved.

7. FY 2003-04 Audits for TCMA and the Texas Foundation for Local Government
Accepted FY 2003-04 TCMA audit and recommended Foundation audit to the Foundation Board.
Completed.

8. Texas Foundation for Local Government Board FY 2003-04 audit
TXFD Board accepted their FY 2003-04 audit as presented.
Completed.
