1. Minutes from meeting on June 1, 2006
Approved.
Minutes will be filed and posted on the TCMA Web site (www.tcma.org).

2. New Members
Approved seventeen new memberships.
New member packets will be mailed the week of August 21.

3. TCMA Mentoring and Coaching program
Approved a one-year pilot program.
To be implemented as approved with Mentoring Task Force overseeing the implementation.

4. TCMA and Texas Foundation for Local Government Budgets
Approved FY 2006-07 TCMA budget as presented. Recommended FY 2006-07 Foundation Budget to the Foundation Board, as presented.
To be implemented as approved.

5. Sample Employment Agreement
Approved TCMA Sample Employment Agreement.
Sample Employment Agreement will be posted on the TCMA Web Site (www.tcma.org).

6. Creation of Large Cities Task Force and Task Force on Governance
Approved.
To be implemented as approved.
