Approved the ICMA-TCMA Partnership Agreement.

5. ICMA Board Nomination
Approved the nomination of Mark McDaniel for the ICMA Board and will work to secure a second nomination.
To be implemented and approved by the TCMA Executive Committee before the July 1 deadline.
