TCMA Board meeting

1. Minutes from meeting on April 1, 2005
Approved.
Minutes have been filed and posted on the TCMA Web site (www.tcma.org).

2. New Members
Approved one life membership and fifteen new memberships.
New member packets will be mailed the week of June 20.

3. Conferences Task Force
Awarded the 2007 TCMA Annual Conference to the City of San Antonio, with the conference to be held at the Crowne Plaza Riverwalk Hotel (subject to contract negotiations).
Negotiations with the Crowne Plaza Riverwalk Hotel will begin.

4. Conferences Task Force
Change the wording of TCMA’s Hospitality Suite and Sponsorship Policies to make it clearer about the types of functions that are discouraged at the conference.
To be implemented as approved.

5. Conferences Task Force
Adopt a policy that every TCMA Annual Conference will include an ethics session.
To be implemented as approved.
