1. Minutes from meeting on April 7, 2006
Approved.
Minutes will be filed and posted on the TCMA Web site (www.tcma.org).

2. New Members
Approved fourteen new memberships.
New member packets will be mailed the week of June 19.

3. TCMA University Relations Task Force
Approved one year continuation of the TCMA University Relations Task Force
To be implemented as approved. New Task Force volunteers will be accepted.

4. TCMA Mentoring Task Force
Approved one year continuation of the TCMA Mentoring Task Force and allocated $30,000 in next year’s budget for Coaching/Mentoring pilot program.
To be implemented as approved. New Task Force volunteers will be accepted.

5. ICMA Vice Presidential candidate recommendation
Approved TCMA Executive Committee recommendation of Tom Muehlenbeck for ICMA Vice President, Mountain Plains region.
Letter to be forwarded to ICMA Nominating Committee by TCMA President Mark McDaniel.
