4. Date of the 2011 TCMA Annual Conference
Approved date change for the 2011 TCMA Annual Conference (June 10-12, 2011).

5. TCMA professional awards
Approved awards as recommended by the TCMA Membership Committee.

Approved award as recommended by the TCMA Membership Committee.

7. TCMA professional awards eligibility criteria
Amended TCMA professional awards criteria for Academician Award to include retired TCMA members.
To be implemented as approved.
8. TCMA professional awards eligibility criteria
Requested that the TCMA Membership Committee consider amending the criteria for the Lifetime Achievement Award to include retired TCMA members and determine methods for encouraging multiple awards each year.
Referred to the TCMA Membership Committee.
9. TCMA Barney Knight/CPM scholarships
Approved recipients as recommended by the TCMA Membership Committee.

10. TCMA Clarence E. Ridley scholarships
Approved recipients as recommended by the TCMA Membership Committee.

11. ICMA Board vice president candidates
Charmelle Garrett and David Harris will contact eligible TCMA members to determine interest and make a report at the June TCMA Board meeting.
