Board Meeting
1. Minutes from meeting on January 25, 2008.
Approved.
Minutes will be filed and posted on the TCMA Web site (www.tcma.org).
2. New members
Approved 2 TCMA life memberships and 14 new memberships.
New member packets will be mailed the week of April 7.
3. TCMA public relations committee
Approved recommendation for TCMA city council of the year award.
To be implemented as approved.
4. TCMA membership committee
Approved recommendations of TCMA professional awards and scholarships.
To be implemented as approved.
5. Financial report
Accepted 2/29/08 financials for TCMA and the Texas Foundation for Local Government.
Accepted.
6. Performance evaluation for TCMA board and TML staff
Evaluated past year’s performance of TCMA board and TML staff.
TCMA president will forward a letter the week of March 31 to the TML executive director detailing the board’s evaluation of the TML staff. |
