1. Minutes from meeting on August 19, 2005
Approved.
Minutes will be filed and posted on the TCMA Web site (www.tcma.org).

2. New Members
Approved eighteen new memberships.
New member packets will be mailed the week of January 23.

3. Advocating and Educating Citizens on the Forms of Government in Texas
Discussed the memorandum on options available to TCMA on advocating and educating citizens on the Forms of Government.
Provided memo to TML General Counsel and will bring back any major concerns at the next TCMA Board meeting.

4. Sample City Manager Employment Agreement
Directed TCMA Membership Committee to review and make comments.
Provided sample agreement to TML General Counsel and will bring back any major concerns at the next TCMA Board meeting

5. TCMA University Relations Task Force Internship Program
Approved concept of an Internship program as presented. Directed Task Force to develop program and bring back at the next meting.
Details of the Internship program will be presented at the next TCMA Board meeting.

6. Florida City/County Management Association (FCCMA) hurricane donation
Approved dividing the $3,000 donation between the American Red Cross and Salvation Army dedicated to Hurricanes Rita and Katrina relief in Texas
To be implemented as approved.
