TCMA president Mike Perez called the conference call meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.

Participants on the conference call were: TCMA president Mike Perez, city manager, McAllen; TCMA president-elect Paul Parker, city manager, Lufkin; TCMA vice president Courtney Sharp, city manager, Mount Pleasant; and Kyle Jung, TML staff.

The only item for consideration by the TCMA executive committee was to name two representatives from TCMA to TMRS as requested by Eric Henry, executive director, TMRS, at the January 25 TCMA board meeting. Mike Perez asked if anyone would like to volunteer to serve as one of these representatives. Paul Parker indicated that he heard that Greg Vick, assistant city manager, Farmers Branch and current TML Board Representative was interested in being considered. Mike Perez said that he would call Greg Vick to find out if he would be willing to serve as a representative from TCMA. Bill Keffler, city manager, Richardson was suggested as an alternative if Greg Vick was unable to serve.

Mike Perez also indicated that he would be interested in serving as one of the representatives from TCMA.

The consensus of the executive committee was to name Mike Perez as a representative from TCMA. Also, the second representative would be Greg Vick with Bill Keffler as an alternative if Greg Vick was unable to serve.

When the two TCMA representatives were finalized, their names would be forwarded to Eric Henry at TMRS.

There being no further business, the conference call was adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
