2. Minutes from meeting on June 9, 2011
Approved.
Minutes will be filed and posted on the TCMA Web site.

3. New members
Approved 10 new memberships.
New member packets will be mailed the week of August 8.

4. Distinguished Member
Approved Distinguished Membership status to George Schrader.
Bill Keffler to make a presentation on October 21.

5. Mike Castro dissertation research
Approved the release of membership information.
TML legal staff to draft agreement on use of dataset. David Landis and Mike Castro will execute.

6. TML Annual Conference Committee
Approved the appointment of Bert Lumbreras and Julie Couch to represent TCMA on the 2012 TML Annual Conference Planning Committee.
Bert and Julie to report on progress to the Board.

7. 2011-2012 TCMA Budget
Approved the TCMA budget as presented.
To be implemented as approved.

8. 2011-2012 Texas Foundation for Local Government (TFLG) budget
Approved the TFLG budget as presented. 
To be implemented as approved.
