Subject: TCMA Committees Structure Changes

In April 2006, the TCMA Board voted to institute a new committee program for 2006-2007.

The TCMA committees are:

1. Nominating Committee
2. Professional Development Committee
3. Membership Committee
4. Public Relations Committee
5. Ethics Committee

Each of the five standing committees will be comprised of a Chair and Vice Chair (TCMA Board members appointed by the TCMA President) and 10 regional representatives (appointed by the respective Regional Board Representatives), and up to fifteen additional volunteers.

The TCMA President can create task forces subject to the Board's approval.
