If you know someone who is currently in-transition, remember to reach out with a phone call, an e-mail, or note. Extend an invitation to lunch or to a meeting. Offer a short-term assignment. Personal contact is vital in such difficult circumstances. A list of these members may be found in the region pages as well as in the Career Management area of this Web site
